Neck and foot emphasised with a brown stripe and a band of squares. The six trapezoidal panels on the body, tapered towards the top, are decorated with stylised cacti.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with matt black and white matt glazed surfaces (juxtaposed, covering the outlines, therefore pounced), delineating the brown contours (underlying stoneware). Inside glazed brown. Slight crackling in the white.
