Baluster vase

Inventory number: DP 150

Top part: the neck finished with four blue stripes, a band of blue and white squares and a band decorated with an undulating line with ovals nestled inside its curves. Below all this, groups of spirals of different sizes. Lower part: matt glazes in different shades of green and blue.

Technique:

Slip-cast form. Lower part covered with superimposed matt glazes in different shades of green and blue. The top part has a pounced cobalt decoration under a glossy glaze, on a white ground. Top and lower parts stencilled separately.
