The neck and the foot are finished with an orange-brown stripe and connected to one another by six slender spindles, decorated with eight black ovals decreasing in size along with the width of the band. The spindles divide the full length of the vase into six sections, each with three concentric semicircles at the top (in black, yellow, orange and orange-brown) and with various concentric semicircles arranged as scales on the shoulder. The bottom border of each section is a serrated band.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours finished with orange-brown, black and yellow enamel on a pale yellow ground. Crackling mainly visible in the pale yellow.
