Bell-shaped vase with square section

Inventory number: St 362

Vaas on a double-tiered square base, with a square-sectioned foot that widens out into a four-sided funnel shape, each side composed of folded panels. The rim of the mouth is stepped. Decorated with vertical irregular frets on each of the panels on all four sides. All edges are emphasised with a brown stripe, as are the sides of the base.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours finished with brown and black enamel on a white ground. Crackling especially visible in the white.
