Egg-shaped vase with flattened mouth

Three groups of stylised flowers on the top part of the vase. Contrast between the outlined coloured areas (figurative motifs) and the more subtle shades of the ground.

Technique:

Slip-cast form. Surface covered with matt glazes applied within printed contours (figurative part): green, black, garnet, pink and beige. Marbled ground (blue and grey). Black neck and foot.
