Egg-shaped vase with raised mouth

The neck and the foot are finished with an orange-brown stripe and connected to one another by five narrow spindles, decorated with eight black ovals decreasing in size along with the width of the band. These spindles divide the full length of the vase into five sections, each with three concentric semicircles at the top (in black, yellow, orange and orange-brown) and various concentric semicircles arranged in scales on the shoulder. The bottom border of each section is a serrated band.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours finished with orange-brown, black and yellow enamel on a pale yellow ground. Crackling mainly visible in the pale yellow.
