Egg-shaped vase with raised mouth

Inventory number: St 452

From the foot, finished with a black stripe, four sets of interlocking grey and black triangles reach up to the middle of the body. The fields in between are decorated with a scattered pattern of band segments made up of alternating yellow and black triangles, and of orange dots.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours filled in with orange, yellow, black, grey (three shades) enamel on a white ground. Crackling especially visible in the white.
