The main cubic element is joined to four secondary elements of different sizes. Three sides of the main element and one side of the joined elements are decorated with stylised roses and leaves in a panel. The edges of the joined elements are emphasised with white bands, outlined in ochre, crossing in the corners. Square tiered cover. The white surfaces of the tiers are outlined in ochre.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours traced with slip, filled in with matt brown, black, reddish brown, yellow and orange enamel on a white ground. Black enamelled inside.
