The neck is finished with an undulating line dividing a black from a white field, with orange and wine-coloured ovals nestled inside the curves on both sides. At the shoulder, four evenly distributed groups of stylised flowers connected by blue stylised flowers. Above this frieze up to the neck band: yellow zone, emphasised by a black stripe at the base of the neck.
