Wide-mouthed egg-shaped vase

Around the middle of the body runs a pattern of alternating short and long lozenges, filled with parallel undulating lines. From the foot upwards, the triangular areas not covered by these lozenges are filled with stylised daisies, which are continued on the upper part of the vase. Both neck and foot are finished with a black stripe outlined in ochre slip.

Slip-cast form. Decoration with printed contours traced with ochre slip, filled in with matt black, blue and olive enamel on a white ground. Black enamelled inside.
